Return & Replacement

How much time is required for a Return & Replacement?

We take 7 to 10 days to take a product as a return and replacement from the date of return camplain. If you do not get your product returned within 10 business days you are requested to make a further call us +8801780-573248.

What are the conditions of return?

The return of the products has to meet the conditions below according to the customer's claim. Details terms must be there when you claim any particular complaint. Please keep in mind that to ensure truthiness there must be unboxed with a video. 

• Damage - When any customer claims that the product is received as an intact damaged. Then the customer needs to provide us with the product including warranty cards, manuals, tags, etc.
• Defective (As per brand policy): If the customer is claiming the product is defective.
• Wrong item delivered - If we deliver any wrong item product needs to be intact and in sealed condition. The product seal should not be broken EXCEPT for an item type that cannot be differentiated visually based on information provided on the box or packaging only. The product cannot be damaged.
• Missing parts/items - If the customer claims any missing parts customer has to check them in front of the rider. The product has to be in new condition. 
• Change of mind - Change of mind not applicable. Please check details to know about the terms of Service.
• Signs of usage - If the customer claims the product is used, he has to return the product Completely. This claim has to be done in front of the rider.
• Doubts on the authenticity - If the customer has any complaint of authentication he must return the product including warranty cards, manuals, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc. 

Note: The customer must return the product including the warranty cards, manuals, and box. Without a warranty card, box, and other attached items any customer can not claim for the return.Read more

Cancellation & Refund Due to Product Unavailability

Basically Refund is only applicable to the canceled order items due to product unavailability.

• Delivery of the ordered items is subject to the availability of the products at our vendor's warehouse/store. flemingoo.com authority may cancel any order within 4 to 15 working days if the stock of the ordered item(s) is temporarily unavailable.
• If the customer agrees to wait for the availability of the stock of the product(s), the order may remain in open/processing/hold status for a maximum of 30 days.

How much time is required to get money Refund
