Do you require any advance payment to confirm an order?

Yes, to confirm your order, you need to advance a small amount, such as 100/200/500/1000, or at least 5% of the order amount. You can make your payment via our SSL Commerz payment gateway. This way, you will no longer hesitate to pay in advance. To know details, please call/WhatsApp +8801780-573248.

However, by tracking your details, if we find that you have multiple previous orders with good history and no order cancellations (from any online seller), then we may deliver your product without an advance.

If I miss the delivery then what can I do?

If you cannot receive the delivery on time then the product will be returned back to us. Then we will again send the product if you want to take it.

Can I get home delivery outside of Dhaka?

You can get the home delivery facility anywhere in Bangladesh if your residential address cover with Pathao and RedX Courier service.

What is the Delivery Charge?

Dhaka City: 70/- (up to 1 kg)

Outside Dhaka (other districts: 100/- (up to 1 kg)

After that, 15 taka will be added per kg.     

Additionally, free home delivery is available for certain products.

What is the Delivery Time 

The estimated time of delivery for Order inside Dhaka city up to 3 Working days & for outside Dhaka up to 7 working days.

Note:

• Any order placed after 11 am will be considered as order of next business day.

• Business Day: Saturday to Thursday except for public holidays.

• Delivery might be delayed due to the unavailability of the product or delay from the 3rd Party Delivery Service.

Can I Change the Delivery address after placing the order?

You can change the shipping address if the order is not out for delivery yet. If the order is already out for delivery and you want to change the shipping address, then it will be returned to us and then we can change the shipping address.

Can I pay through Bkash / Nagad / Rocket after receiving the product ?

You cannot pay through bKash / Nagad / Rocket while receiving the delivery. If you want to make the payment through bKash / Nagad / Rocket then you have to make the payment first while placing the order, then we can process the delivery. Learn more about payment policy

Can I receive delivery from your pickup point 

We do not have any pickup point. We provide home deliveries inside Dhaka metro and out of Dhaka through the third party delivery riders and provide home delivery through courier service.

Is it Mandatory to check the product physically before received ?

To avoid physically damage and defective you must be check physically while receive the product. Otherwise next time will not accept physically defective excuse.

Does Flemingoo deliver Internationally ?

Flemingoo doesn't deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within Bangladesh.

আপনি যদি পন্যটি সময়মতো ডেলিভারি না পান তবে পণ্যটি আমাদের কাছে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। তারপর আমরা পন্যটি আবার পাঠাবো যদি আপনি এটি নিতে চান। 

আমি কি ঢাকার বাইরে হোম ডেলিভারি পেতে পারি?

আপনি ঢাকার বাইরে ও বাংলাদেশের যেকোন যায়গা থেকে হোম ডেলিভারি সুবিধা পাবেন যদি আপনার আবাসিক ঠিকানাটি পাঠাও এবং রেডএক্স ডেলিভারির আওতায় পড়ে।

পন্য ডেলিভারি চার্জ কত?

ঢাকা সিটি: ৭০/- (১ কেজি পর্যন্ত)
ঢাকার বাইরে (অন্যান্য জেলা: ১০০/- (১ কেজি পর্যন্ত)
এর পর প্রতি কেজিতে ১৫টাকা করে যোগ হবে।

ডেলিভারি সময় কি ?

ঢাকার ভিতরে অর্ডারের জন্য ডেলিভারির সময় ৩ কার্যদিবস এর মধ্যে এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ৭ কার্যদিবস এর মধ্যে ।

অর্ডার দেওয়ার পরে আমি কি ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা পরিবর্তন করতে পারি ?

অর্ডারটি এখনও ডেলিভারির জন্য আউট না হলে আপনি শিপিং ঠিকানা পরিবর্তন করতে পারেন। যদি অর্ডারটি ইতিমধ্যেই ডেলিভারির জন্য আউট হয়ে থাকে এবং আপনি শিপিং ঠিকানা পরিবর্তন করতে চান, তবে এটি আমাদের কাছে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে এবং তারপরে আমরা শিপিং ঠিকানা পরিবর্তন করতে পারি। 

প্রোডাক্ট পাওয়ার পর আমি কি বিকাশ/নগদ/রকেটের মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট করতে পারি ?

ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার সময় আপনি বিকাশ/নগদ/রকেটের মাধ্যমে অর্থ প্রদান করতে পারবেন না। আপনি যদি বিকাশ / নগদ / রকেটের মাধ্যমে অর্থপ্রদান করতে চান তবে আপনাকে অর্ডার দেওয়ার সময় প্রথমে অর্থ প্রদান করতে হবে, তারপর আমরা ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়া করতে পারি। 

আমি কি আপনার পিকআপ পয়েন্ট থেকে ডেলিভারি পেতে পারি ?

আমাদের কোনো পিকআপ পয়েন্ট নেই। আমরা তৃতীয় পক্ষের ডেলিভারি রাইডারদের মাধ্যমে ঢাকা এবং ঢাকার বাইরে হোম ডেলিভারি প্রদান করি এবং কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে হোম ডেলিভারি প্রদান করি।

পন্য রিসিভ করার সময় চেক করা কি বাধ্যতামুলক?
