Cancellation & Refund Due to Product Unavailability

Basically Refund is only applicable to the cancelled order items due to product unavailability.

• If delivery of the ordered items is subject to the unavailability of our vendor's warehouse/store. Then flemingoo.com authority will cancel this order within 3 to 5 working days and then your paid money will back to you. 

• If the customer agrees to wait for the availability of the stock of the product(s), the order may remain in open/processing/hold status for a maximum of 30 days.

How much time is required to get money Refund

• অর্ডারকৃত আইটেমগুলি ডেলিভারির জন্য যদি আমাদের বিক্রেতার গুদাম/স্টোরে পণ্যের সহজলভ্যতা না থাকে তাহলে flemingoo.com কর্তৃপক্ষ ৩ থেকে ৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে উক্ত পন্যের অর্ডারটি বাতিল করে দিবে এবং আপনার পরিশোধিত টাকা ফেরত প্রদান করা হবে।

• যদি গ্রাহক পন্যের স্টক/সহজলভ্যতার জন্য অপেক্ষা করতে সম্মত হন, তাহলে অর্ডারটি সর্বোচ্চ 30 দিনের জন্য খোলা/প্রসেসিং/হোল্ড অবস্থায় থাকতে পারে।

টাকা ফেরত পেতে কতদিন সময় লাগবে?

যখন কোন পন্য সহজলভ্যতা না থাকার কারনে অর্ডার টি বাতিল হয়, এমতাবস্থায় আমরা ৭ থেক ১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে গ্রাহকের টাকা ফেরন প্রদান করে থাকি।
